In autumn 2025, Granula Deutschland GmbH was taken over by Christian Kleinjung and will operate under the name Kleinjung Masterbatches GmbH from 1st March 2026.

With the change of name, Granula AG (Merenschwand, Switzerland) is strengthening its clear market positioning and focusing consistently on the needs of its Swiss and European customers. The Granula® brand remains the exclusive property of Granula AG.

For Granula customers, this step means above all continuity: quality, reliability and regulatory security remain unchanged. Where necessary, both companies will continue to work together on a project basis.

Granula® continues to stand for high product quality, agile customer service and stable processes in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and relevant regulatory standards such as FDA, MDR and PPWR.
